NASHVILLE, Tenn. – INFINITI’s dedication to premium client service and thoughtful hospitality at all stages of the ownership journey receives additional third-party validation today, with INFINITI voted No. 2 in the Best Brand Dealership Experience category in the 2026 Newsweek Readers’ Choice™ Awards.

“At INFINITI, we make every decision based on client satisfaction and long-term ownership value, and this recognition reflects the work happening across our retail network,” said Eric Ledieu, vice president, INFINITI Americas. “We believe the experience should extend beyond the vehicle itself, and we’re focused on delivering a Total Ownership Experience for our clients.”

Recognized by J.D. Power as a leading luxury brand for both Sales Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction, INFINITI designed the Total Ownership Experience to make ownership effortless, reassuring and personal for clients. It includes:

MyINFINITI Expert: An elevated onboarding experience featuring a personalized, white-glove introduction and virtual vehicle walkthrough1.

INFINITI Premium Care: Built-in peace of mind with a maintenance program that provides up to oil changes and tire rotations for 36 months or 22,500 miles (whichever occurs first)2.

INFINITI Valet: Pickup and delivery at home or work for service appointments (at participating retailers)3.

MyINFINITI App: Seamless access to remote vehicle commands, health insights and service scheduling, right through an intuitive phone app4.

24/7 Roadside Assistance and Courtesy Vehicles (at participating retailers).

The Newsweek Readers’ Choice Awards allow the publication’s readers to recognize the brands and products they trust the most by voting across multiple categories. Nominees for each category are selected by Newsweek’s editorial team, with input from industry experts and contributors.

The all-new 2027 INFINITI QX65 also earned a place on Newsweek's Most Anticipated New Vehicles of 2026 for the U.S. and Canada. The new vehicle introduces an entirely new nameplate to the INFINITI lineup and continues the brand's product renaissance, which will bring new or refreshed vehicles to market through 2030, each designed to strengthen INFINITI's presence in key premium segments.

QX65 is proudly assembled at Nissan Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant in Tennessee, which has assembled INFINITI vehicles since 20125, building on more than 40 years of Nissan Group manufacturing expertise. It joins the INFINITI QX60, which was recently named to the 2026 Cars.com American-Made Index. An American footprint is key to Nissan’s growing strategy of assembling vehicles where they are sold, with two-thirds of the INFINITI lineup now assembled in the U.S. using domestic and imported parts.

INFINITI’s lineup also includes the 2027 QX80, the brand’s flagship full-size luxury SUV that is the ultimate expression of INFINITI hospitality. It combines advanced technology, confident capability and first-class comfort in all three rows of seating.
